SCynergy 2026¶
The SCynergy event¶
SCynergy is the premier supercomputing event of Luxembourg, where you can meet users and providers of HPC services, and other members of the HPC ecosystem of Luxembourg. The event is organized annually.
The following sessions were presented in 2026 by the University of Luxembourg and the National Competence Center.
An introduction to HPC: Basic concepts and techniques¶
This talk presents an overview of the available technologies in HPC systems. The aim is to provide a roadmap that experienced HPC users can use to gain a better understanding of the HPC system they are using, improve their skills, and ultimately use the available resources more efficiently.
